Hi. Yes, as neither character meets the requirements for Character Specific Pages and after discussion in the relevant forum, it seemed the most appropriate solution.

honestly i think it would make a lot more sense to just put a subsection for fourteen on ten's page, especially since fifteen's page is probably going to get a lot longer
was it really a good idea to combine these pages? i mean even the page image is a spoiler
