Given these guys aren't actually IN the Rogues Gallery, shouldn't we assign the tropes to some other area? Like "non-comic villains"? It seems weird for us to add in the new named Mooks and bit parts alongside the likes of Scarecrow and Joker.
The ones I mean: Candy, Tracey, Loose Lips, T&T, and possibly the Abramovici twins.
