They have stagnated for thousands of years, and any hope for some way to end the fighting has been lost. It is not something endorsed, and it bears repeating that the Imperium are not the good guys. I propose that the point is stricken from the analysis page, as it adds nothing and encourages people to think the hobby is a safe space for fascism.
