So, as of 2016 is there still no consensus as to whether or not Shiro had a split personality? It seems fairly obvious to me that she did, but there are still several tropes insisting that she didn't. It seems like there are many parts of the manga, and stuff relating to Shiro herself, that wouldn't really make sense if she never had a split personality.
