With the arguable exception of raw strength, I think 616!Cap has MCU!Cap beat in all physical and technical aspects, so I am not really seeing how the 'Adaptational Badass' Trope is applicable here. Plus, Comic Cap was always meant to be Superhuman or to quote Brubaker, he is the peak of human POTENTIAL not just peak human.
