I disagree there\'s an IronicEcho. The context always was, and remains, Ironwood\'s perception of the trust between himself and Ozpin, it\'s just the conversation partner that changes (Glynda to Ozpin). His talk of being locked out of Ozpin\'s loop indicates he doesn\'t trust Ozpin and doesn\'t feel trusted by Ozpin. Glynda\'s comments seem to indicate she\'s interpreting it that way, too. His later comment to Ozpin, an appeal for trust, seems like affirmation of his perception that there\'s trust lacking between them.
