The real cause is I\\\'m refusing to pass an opportunity to include an example that is so powerful and spectacular. They were literally wading through slaughter, thinking they are cheating fate - both them and Germans came to the semi-final undefeated - and then, got a hit from the fate itself so hard that they never got up again.
