If two creators with separate creator pages get listed, the second page will not display the index at all, while the first page will inexplicably display an \\\"Double Acts and Groups\\\" index for a solo creator. I suggest that only \\\"combined pages\\\" for actual groups or double acts resp. \\\"joint shows\\\" are added here.
