Does Lutecia still have the limiter in [[Manga/MagicalGirlLyricalNanohaViVid ViVid]]? I think it\'s a fair guess that it has either been removed, or that she can release it (with the TSAB\'s permission) for the duration of matches. A D-rank mage wouldn\'t have much chance against opponents with rank A and higher. ([http://nanoha.wikia.com/wiki/Lutecia_Alpine Nanoha wiki] states as a fact that it has been removed, but it\'s not clear if it was actually said anywhere.)
