I thought the BiggerBad \'\'could\'\' have an influence, but it just had to be indirectly. If the BiggerBad doesn\'t have any influence, then the description needs to be changed.

Edit: Also, Sigma has an influence on the setting of the BGC, but remember, we don\\\'t know he (or the Meta) exists. We just know that something caused Project Freelancer to fall, but we don\\\'t that it was Sigma. Sigma is not the Biggest Bad, but he is more threatening than O\\\'Mally.
