It seems that the topic mostly concerns photographs that seem to have a ghostly image hidden in them. Yet the other article SpookyPainting is more about paintings that are genuinely creepy.
to:
SpookyPhotographs seems to be about photographs that appear to be haunted. SpookyPainting discusses the same topic, yet with paintings. Still, when you read half of the entries in SpookyPainting you see a lot of examples about paintings that are just generally creepy, rather than stuff that appears to be haunted.
