I wouldn\'t say liking good music counts as a PetTheDog. More like WickedCultured.

Actually, some people don\'t consider it rape at all, if the [[QuestionableConsent person agrees to have sex while (s)he\'s intoxicated]] except for when that person was intoxicated against their will.

And the only time TV shows treat it any differently is when a ChivalrousPervert must decide whether to have drunken sex with a hot girl or not. And then, it\'s portrayed as rape.

So unless they have treated a man as a rapist or immoral for doing the exact same thing, it\'s not this trope.

Actually, some people don\'t consider it rape at all, if the [[QuestionableConsent person agrees to have sex while (s)he\'s intoxicated]] except for when that person was intoxicated against their will. In fact, some TV shows will have two friends have a night of drunken sex to fuel the WillTheyOrWontThey vibe. So unless they have treated a man as a rapist or immoral for doing the exact same thing, it\'s not this trope.
