From the main trope page: \\\"They almost never have any flaws that actually affect them in a way that truly matters, usually going for endearing traits such as \\\"clumsiness\\\" or naïveté\\\"

Yeah, Purity Sues tend to have that trait. Note that Rapunzel is clumsy \\\'\\\'and\\\'\\\' naive as her primary \\\"flaws\\\". I understand the character is popular. She is, however, a Sue. She was designed to be perfect, not a real person. At most, you can relate to an experience of being locked up and abused, but, then, are you contesting Cinderella is a PuritySue? Please remember, TropesAreNotBad. However much you like her, it\\\'s not an insult to say she\\\'s a PuritySue any more than it\\\'s an insult to call Cinderella one.

\\\'\\\'Second, she has HonorBeforeReason tendencies, such as never breaking her promises even when one of them guarantees she\\\'ll be imprisoned for the rest of her life if her terms are met\\\'\\\'

That\\\'s not a flaw, it\\\'s a life decision. A flaw would be if she accidentally promised something and feels obligated to keep it. Self-sacrifice is considered a \\\'\\\'noble\\\'\\\' trait, not a flaw. I also do not agree she has HonorBeforeReason as a trait at all. She wasn\\\'t talking about being honorable, she was talking about making a lasting bargain to save the life of the man she loves.
