Why, it seems, does the official info seem incapable of deciding that Aleksis is the woman, and Sasha is the man, of the two Kaidonovskis, or vice-versa? Sasha is a male name is Russia, after all.

Why, it seems, does the official info seem incapable of choosing if Aleksis is the woman, and Sasha is the man, of the two Kaidonovskis, or vice-versa? Sasha is a male name in Russia, after all.

Why, it seems, does most of the fandom, who presumably have seen the film at least once if not multiple times, and seen it enough to understand everything else about the film for the sake of writing their fanfics and drawing their fanarts, seem incapable of remembering that Aleksis is the woman, and Sasha is the man, of the two Kaidonovskis? Sasha is a male name is Russia, after all.
Seriously, the number of times, particularly in fanfics, including some otherwise-awesome ones, that I\'ve seen the woman addressed as Sasha and the man addressed as Aleksis, \'\'even when they\'re addressing each other\'\', is mindboggling.

Something needs a decision here!

Wasn\'t sure where/if to put this in the actual Trope page/subpage, or what tropes might or might not apply, so I\'ll mention it here, if only to get it off my chest... If it\'s wrong, someone else can move/rewrite it.
