For me, it would be worth it. A reason of mine would be that the 2011 run of Journey Into Mystery has Loki as its central protagonist while the original Journey Into Mystery which was soon rename The Mighty Thor has Thor as its central protagonist. One could argue that the story lines of two series are different (I can even recall an argument as to where the character POV is a key element in a comic book series).
