Came Back Wrong? Kind of a YMMV thing... He showed compassion for orc noncombatants, true, but there is a difference between \\\"we should not slaughter women and children\\\" and being a pacifist.
Turned into a kind of undead that doesn\\\'t even have a name, abandoned by his god (and as much as he shouts \\\"god of mercy\\\" every time he tries to use his powers afterwards, judging by the angel\\\'s behavior this seems to be much the same brand of \\\"mercy\\\" Glorion sells), forced to become a deathpriest, and apparently needing to either feed on or otherwise \\\"borrow\\\" parts of living or freshly killed bodies.
I think pretty much everybody would be more than a little ticked off...
