On the old Adult Swim message boards there was a discussion about the name \\\"Case Closed\\\" - some posters said it was because FOX bought the rights to \\\"Detective Conan\\\", thus making it unavailable for {{FUNimation}} when they picked it up. Apparently FOX had wanted to air it on their kids\\\' channel, but quickly found out it wasn\\\'t a kids show.
