Like the cut request notes, no examples, needs better writing and more development. Certainly needs a better name, it never saw a YKTTW and needs one. If it gets cut it would be worth putting through YKTTW to see if we can get a good article out of it. I think this is either a trope or a useful observation that deserves to be mentioned on an existing page. I could see it going on YearInsideHourOutside, Cyberspace, or both.
