Yeah... and then you throw onto that the level to which one might categorise something as a \\\"Christian-Muslim war\\\", the murkiness of tying them all together and of putting the period into one sacl- you had cro-religiou alliances, empire building and plenty of other reasons for conflicts...at least TheCrusades had people saying \\\"For Religion!\\\" but actually here...

All that and it doesn\\\'t even seem that Useful- there were wars between Muslim and Christian empires. We know. That\\\'s on other pages. They had empires. Well, yeah. It doesn\\\'t seem to be fulfilling a particular \\\"we have to answer this question\\\" need other than pointing out that a series of conflicts at the time were often phrased as a broad religious conflict. The perfect comparison is probably the ColdWar page which has a job on the wiki. This page make me wonder why we would have it here.
