As long as we judge the pictures by purely subjective standards, there can never be an agreement on which are the most suitable. The one objective criteria I can think of is how much the portrait matches canon, which is how I pick the ones I upload here - eye color, hair color, clothing details down to the last frill, character-associated accessories, poses, backgrounds, etc. Of course with \'\'Touhou\'\' even after the filtering, you still usually end up with several options to choose from and it once again boils down to personal preference.
