* There is a reason the phrase \\\"Paul Newman blue\\\" exists. And a fantastic blue it is, too.
** Allegedly, the film version of \\\'\\\'CatOnAHotTinRoof\\\'\\\' was made in color because of the famous eyes of Paul Newman (and ElizabethTaylor).
* The titular \\\'\\\'{{Ladyhawke}}\\\'\\\', when in human form, has unbelievably blue eyes.
* Paul Bettany ends up getting close-up shots of his baby blues quite a lot. In the audio commentary of \\\"A Knight\\\'s Tale\\\", the director even [[WhatBeautifulEyes comments]] on them. In \\\"Firewall\\\" they could almost endear the audience to a frightening, greedy, family-napping blackmailer.

** Oddly enough, his companion [[JunglePrincess Leela]] started out with brown eyes, until the episode \\\"The Horror at Fang Rock\\\", which ended with an explosion. The explosion briefly blinded her, and after she regained her vision, the Doctor noticed that her eyes had turned from brown to blue. In real life, actress Louise Jameson has blue eyes and wore tinted contact lenses in her role as Leela, but the contacts proved to be very uncomfortable, so the writers created this explosion to explain the color change.
** The brown-eyed DavidTennant broke the blue-eyed Doctor streak, and Matt Smith\\\'s eyes are more grayish than outright blue.

* It\\\'s entirely coincidental, but almost all the cast of the BBC\\\'s \\\'\\\'Series/RobinHood\\\'\\\' has blue eyes. * Very common in mammals (predators especially) native to cold climates. Blue eyes are associated with a defect in a regulatory gene that limits how much light they can absorb. While this increases the likelihood of being damaged from harsh light, blue eyes give a significant advantage in low light conditions such as the northern parts of the world. * In Finnish language, \\\"blue-eyed\\\" is practically synonymous with \\\"naive and easy to cheat\\\". So much, actually, that if you describe someone as blue-eyed, people will think of the \\\"naive\\\" meaning first.
** The same is true in German language. So much so that you better use constructions like \\\"X has blue eyes\\\", because the word \\\"blue-eyed\\\" would be a mild insult.

** At \\\'\\\'DiveIIHunt\\\'\\\', Hurdy\\\'s brother Sorbet has blue eyes, but more turquoise.
* Sora, the KidHero with the ClingyMacguffin in \\\'\\\'KingdomHearts\\\'\\\', has bright sky blue eyes. So does his girlfriend, Kairi, though hers have a very slight purple hint to them.
** As do Roxas and Namine, who also get to have HairOfGold, [[spoiler:especially since they\\\'re Sora and Kairi\\\'s Nobodies.]] Xion, who looks like a young Kairi with black hair, follows suit. Marluxia is one of the few villains to have them in the series.
** [[KingdomHeartsBirthBySleep Ven, Aqua and Terra]] also all have blue eyes.
* The \\\'\\\'HarvestMoon\\\'\\\' protagonist, \\\"Pete\\\", originally had blue eyes. They eventually changed them to brown, however his Magical Melody counterpart, \\\"Tito\\\" sports blue eyes for an obvious reason. [[LoadsAndLoadsOfCharacters Other]] characters, have blue eyes too.
** Pete has blue eyes in 64, too.
* Many characters in the \\\'\\\'JakAndDaxter\\\'\\\' universe have blue eyes: the titular characters both have cerulean eyes; Torn has teal, [[DumbBlonde Tess]] has baby blues, and Veger has dark blue-green eyes.
* [[MetalGearSolid Solid Snake]] and his predecessor Naked Snake both have pale blue-gray eyes.
** Naked Snake merits special mention for his, as they serve a plot element in MetalGearSolid 3. When infiltrating Volgin\\\'s base, Snake adopts a mask of [[strike:Raiden]] Raikov as a form of disguise, but he gets caught partially because Volgin noticed Snake\\\'s [[StupidSexyFlanders piercing blue eyes]]. Things take a turn for the worse when Volgin asks [[spoiler: The Boss]] to \\\'\\\'[[EyeScream cut out]]\\\'\\\' his eyes. Since Naked Snake is Big Boss, this scene becomes quite frightening to watch, as Big Boss is well known for only having \\\'\\\'one\\\'\\\' piercing blue eye. However, by a stroke of truly awful luck, [[spoiler:it\\\'s Ocelot that ends up accidentally shooting Snake\\\'s eye out.]]
* Keiichi from \\\'\\\'HigurashiNoNakuKoroNi\\\'\\\' has blue eyes which match his personality well. However in the anime they were changed to \\\'\\\'[[PurpleEyes purple]]\\\'\\\'. They are kept in every non-anime incarnation of him though.

* Of the in-game character models for the classes in TeamFortress2, six have blue eyes. Engineer\\\'s eyes are shown to be blue in the supplemental material, Pyro\\\'s eyes (and entire body) are covered, and Demoman is a black, Scottish cyclops, whose [[EyepatchOfPower remaining eye]] is [[BrownEyes brown.]] who has them mainly because she\\\'s meant to be gorgeous — which she is. On the rare occasions that they\\\'re shown up-close, they\\\'re drawn with a deeper, richer blue than Rune\\\'s pale blue, Kyra\\\'s grey-ish blue, or Rika\\\'s sky blue, and with a slightly more delicate shape than most.

* Lots of examples from \\\'\\\'DannyPhantom\\\'\\\'. Danny himself has light blue eyes (at least in human form), but so does his archenemy Vlad Masters (albeit a darker shade--also in human form only). Jack has blue eyes. One could argue that Jazz and Tucker have blue eyes as well, but they\\\'re bordering on teal more than regular blue. And that\\\'s not counting the supporting cast!
* Veronica in \\\'\\\'TheFairlyOddparents\\\'\\\' has \\\"perfect baby blue eyes\\\".
** Timmy Turner, of the same program, also, has blue eyes.
* Stan Marsh from \\\'\\\'SouthPark\\\'\\\' has blue eyes according \\\"A Very Crappy Christmas\\\" where Kyle states Stan has blue eyes.
