I do wonder if Morzas from VideoGame/FireEmblemShadowDragonAndTheBladeOfLight should be included despite his status as MajorMinorCharacter. After all he was known as one of the nastiest Manaketes who served Medeus as he did brag to Marth how he killed his mother Queen Liza. (In which the only reason why he didn\'t do the same to Elice is because Gharnef needed her alive.) Morzas was a cruel sadistic tyrant who enslaved the Altean people and would slaughter innocent civilians on a whim.
