Shu\'s Guan Ping and Ma Dai, Wei\'s Cao Pi and Pang De as well as Hua Xiong should be playable in 4. I mean, if you count the number of playables in each kingdom, you\'ll find that Wu has 2 extras (13 in contrast to 11 each for the other 2 kingdoms). As for Hua Xiong, since Lu Bu and Yuan Shao have their own exclusive playables other than themselves, Dong Zhuo should have his too (Diao Chan can be part of Lu Bu and Dong Zhuo\'s factions).
