I\'m tossing it out there that the fact that it\'s the 22nd year of the 21st century and this stupid gender requirement *still* hasn\'t been removed is fucking asinine. Yeah I get that the trope originally had that specific requirement, but tropes (like every other aspect of culture) can and do change over time. There are countless examples of things that fit the formula of the trope *very* well EXCEPT the gender of that one specific member. Excluding those examples is for that reason is stupid and arbitrary, period. As it stands, it can\'t have escaped your notice that that one absurdly specific requirement have reduced the content of this page so much that most categories now have just one or a very few entries.
