There is indeed a (very minor) vampire character named Sanguini, who has a friend/companion-of-some-sort named Worple, a non-vampire wizard who has written a book called Blood Brothers: My Life Amongst the Vampires\'\'. But none of the rest of that stuff is mentioned in Sanguini\'s scene, at least not in the British or American editions of Half-Blood Prince. We\'re not told anything about the book\'s size or quality, and there certainly is no suggestion that the book is used to lure any vampire\'s victims. (One is still free to [[{{Applicability}} interpret it that way]], if one wishes; there just doesn\'t seem to be any \'\'reason\'\' to.)
