What are you even arguing anymore? That American right-wing populism and conspiracy theories \'\'haven\'t\'\' a dangerous and toxic ideology that threaten America\'s democratic institutions and that this book endorses both? Because, ultimately, that is what most of the other critics here are arguing. You can say that the book\'s impact on the world is small enough that we can\'t blame it entirely for causing these things. But that doesn\'t mean that the defense of one isn\'t, in some sense, the defense of the other.
