Edit: I don\\\'t think there\\\'s any actual rule against heroes and villains having separate folders. It\\\'s commonly done for characters for whom there\\\'s a major reveal at some point (like if they\\\'re TheMole), and the mechanical differences seem like justification enough to me personally.
