There exists, apparently, an obscure series of cartoons by Butch Hartman. I saw them and I\\\'m pretty sure they\\\'re bad enough to land here. You can\\\'t even give them the \\\"it\\\'s a pilot\\\" excuse, because there are several pilots both on the Internet and by major companies that are leaps and bounds better. Here\\\'s a draft:

\\\"Many of Creator/ButchHartman\\\'s shows are regarded as classics, some examples being \\\'\\\'WesternAnimation/DannyPhantom\\\'\\\' and \\\'\\\'WesternAnimation/TheFairlyOddParents\\\'\\\'[[note]]going from what people have said, in this example[[/note]]. Proudly \\\'\\\'not\\\'\\\' among those ranks, however, is \\\'\\\'\\\'The Noog Network,\\\'\\\'\\\' a series of shorts [[PoorlyDisguisedPilot quite obviously meant to be pilots or proof-of-concepts for show pitches.]] All of them take TalkingToHimself to their logical extreme, for all characters save for \\\'\\\'two\\\'\\\' are voiced by Butch, pitch-shifted or otherwise. The voice acting itself isn\\\'t that great either, ranging from okay to phoned-in. The art and animation, while not eye-searingly bad, is still pretty shoddy; movement is consistently choppy, backgrounds and setpieces are visually sterile, and lazy tricks such as enlarging or shrinking models or mouths at an attempt at lipsyncing or to give the illusion of movement (the outro is quite literally just the intro\\\'s animation, but reversed. Of note is the titular [[SeriesMascot Noog]] at the beginning of each short; it\\\'s painfully obvious the blasted thing is merely being dragged around, with only a few frames of looped animation on its mouth. The humor and stories are no better, with the \\\'\\\'Bug Girl\\\'\\\' short being a prime example; some kids make a few awful bug puns towards the titular character, she nonchalantly [[DesignatedHero eats them]] by turning into a bug (the alleged main premise of the show,) and then walks off like nothing happened. What\\\'s especially interesting about these is that none other than Creator/JeremyChinshue, better known as [=TerminalMontage=], is credited on four out of seven of these, and it shows. The advertisment and episode outro attempt to copy his signature shitpost/meme-esque brand of humor, but in such a way that misses the point of what makes the WebAnimation/SomethingAbout shorts so popular; the former is just a [[HurricaneOfPuns Hurricane of Noog Puns]] and the latter is a limp-dicked attempt at random humor involving candy going extinct. Blend all of this together and there\\\'s no wonder these pilots were doomed to languish in obscurity, much less metamorphose into a full show. Thankfully, the shorts\\\' SpiritualSuccessor \\\'\\\'The Garden\\\'\\\' was significantly better, even if it costs $130 to watch and suffers from some of the same animation issues. Take a look-see at these cartoons [[https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCcrCkpobMPEtqxtIvp76sVg/videos here,]] if you wish.\\\"

So would these fall under this category? Would I need to flesh out or rewrite this? Or would it fall under something different, or simply not be So Bad It\\\'s Horrible?
