Celica is incredibly straightforward, and while Thrasir is very powerful, she still does require a debuffed foe. Doable, but you can\'t 100% guarantee it. Celica just needs to initiate combat, and has her true damage, and her prf B skill is literally just Null Follow Up + Desperation. No nonsense for Celica. That said, Thrasir\'s Desperation effect can also work when she\'s healthy, whereas Celica needs to be injured, which might not always be safe. That \'\'also\'\' said, Thrasir can\'t do Desperation + Null Follow Up like Celica can. It\'s a bit tough to say, at least without stats right now. We\'d have to compare Thrasir\'s damage output at her full potential (ie against a debuffed foe) vs. Celica\'s damage output in general.
