Theres no discussion of this having any lasting negative consequences on Shimura. Even the post-end game discussion with Yuna states that though Shimura lives, he will not hunt Jin anymore, but doesn\'t speak of any consequence. Plus ya know, if it was that hard on Shimura, he could just commit suicide over the dishonor, and he doesn\'t.]]
