What does \\\"inconsistent application\\\" even mean? The whole point of Force powers is that they\\\'re an ability, and every Force user uses their abilities differently. As long as their \\\"application\\\" is logical, and it fits with powers established in previous movies, what\\\'s the issue?

I\'ve explained--an \'\'absurd\'\' number of times--why that scene was perfectly consistent with past portrayals of the Force, and why it makes perfect sense if you think about it for more than a minute. Tropers/{{Larkmarn}} agrees with me, and even Tropers/{{crazysamaritan}}\'s rewrite acknowledges that. So that\'s three people who disagree with you.
