Edit: Her base stats are 45/35/26/39/34 so more or less a less min maxed Surtr.
No one else from the banner seems they\\\'d qualify imo. Closest is Sue since she has Brave Lyn bst (149) and a similar statline (36/32/38/23/20) but she does have to worry about weapon triangle making her slightly worse.
Also Dark Exaclibur does have the Scarlet Sword refine effect which helps Sonya/Merric a lot with running special spiral builds
