You not understood. The point is that pokemon species rarely lose moves in their Level-Up lists. Of the first 38 evolution lines of the National Dex, only 16 lost moves, all the species that lost moves lost only one or two moves, with at least two learning the moves in question in the level-up list of the evolution and two being male/female versions of the other. By the way, you mentioned unique moves, but in at least part of the unique moves the \"uniqueness\" can be a complete accident, in total contrast to moves mentioned in the pokedex, Evo moves , moves altered by a Z-Move and moves that cause evolution(Super Smash Bros actually lists Flamethrower as Charizard\'s signature move, with signature move clearly meaning \"attack strongly associated with character\")
