I'd say that Snowbarry and KillerVibe seem the '''most''' popular, though I don't think anyone seriously thinks that Snowbarry rivals Westallen or is popular enough to replace it - though they're very loud, they're still a VocalMinority. KillerVibe is becoming popular because they always refer to each other as best friends, much like Barry and Iris. Social media doesn't really have anything to do with it - fans are everywhere.

But, reading the guidelines of the trope itself, Snowbarry has to go, because Westallen is way more popular - see VocalMinority. A (former) FanPreferredCouple would be Olicity over Lauriver, for example. When Barry proposed to Iris with a song, everyone was talking about how it was one of the best proposals on TV - that wouldn't have happened if most people wanted him with Caitlin.
