\\\"Pool-themed\\\" is not the same as \\\"member of the Felt\\\", underling of English or not. He does not appear to associate with the Felt in any readily apparent way, and is pretty clearly an entirely different class of being. I doubt the members of the Felt even know that this guy exists.
Long story short, I\\\'m not convinced yet that putting him under the Felt section will be meaningful-- or really anything more than a technicality.
Also, if you want to get technical like that, Slick \\\'\\\'did\\\'\\\' have a picture of Snowman, but he removed it from the vendetta itinerary because he knew it wasn\\\'t a good idea to try and kill her. But that\\\'s not really relevant because Slick didn\\\'t have any way of knowing Scratch existed either, so he wouldn\\\'t have appeared on the itinerary even if he were a member.
