Yeah the point isn\'t that the character is \"bad\". Ryu is listed as a classic SkillGateCharacter in every Street Fighter, and he was one of the best characters in the game in SFIV. Same with Cable in MVC2. He was specifically supposed to be easy to use, and wound up being god tier.
MetaGame is what determines how good a character is, but that doesn\'t change the idea that a character is designed to be easy to use but also have abilities easy to counter.
If she\'s buffed to the point that she\'s used more than the other healers, it changes nothing except some wording.
