Should Holmes be in this section? I don't think it was ever confirmed anywhere that he was a Caster (or even a Servant, even if this is likely). Besides, he apparently qualifies for Saber/Archer rather than Caster (according to Type-Moon Ace anyway).

The reason it's like this is that at one time this was a hugely common trope seen everywhere and in this exact formation, but it's become less common recently and has become something of a DeadHorseTrope, in part because it's so strict... since that formula's fallen out of vogue it's next to impossible now to find straight examples unless the author was intentionally going for that trope.
