First and foremost, [[AnOfferYouCantRefuse achieveing a goal through coercion]] does not make someone \\\"right\\\". It rarely does.

Second, Chausson didn\\\'t get what he wanted, he had to settle for the next best thing. He wanted Rock (not Celica) to fight, because it was Rock\\\'s strength he was interested in. When he showed up the second time, he didn\\\'t care that Celica had joined BLADE, his interest was still in acquiring Rock as an asset for NLA - even if that meant changing his original position.

The one who got what they wanted, was Rock. He didn\\\'t want to fight, and he still doesn\\\'t have to because he has friends who\\\'re willing to do it for him; not because they \\\'\\\'have to\\\'\\\', but because they choose to. The same as they would for anyone else.
