Probably Lost in Translation, because it sounds like they translated it correctly but messed up the cultural reference.
If it's not even a very good translation because it's too literal, it may be "Blind Idiot" Translation. You did say it's "somewhat accurate", but at the same time, I can't say that "Just like a plan" is a particularly common phrase in English. By which I mean that's probably the first time I've ever heard those words strung together in that order.
Example: the line "計画通り" is usually translated as "Just as planned".
