I think the problem was you were using curly braces and CamelCase. To make a link you use one or the other, preferably the latter. I changed it to ''Series/DickAndDomInDaBungalow'' and it's coming up now. (It's also not all squashed together.)

Using curly braces and CamelCase together affects presentation (ie. being all squashed together), but I don't think it affects indexing.

What I think happened to the indexing is this:

Links on index pages only get indexed if the page it links to exists. If you add the link to the index page, then create the work page, the work page won't be indexed until the next time the index page is edited.

The two ways around this are (a) create the works page first, then add it to the relevant index page(s); or (b) find some excuse to go back and edit the index page again (removing superfluous curly braces, for example).

That is more likely. a) Seems like the much better approach. If you have to go with b) you can do a null edit if you have to.
