I think I've seen the first one you're talking about and I'm pretty sure the it's an adaptation of The Ugly Duckling, but I couldn't tell you for sure which one. Maybe the Timeless Tales adaptation (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bPs5U_VZyVk&feature=related)?
I've seen the second one. It's called Lion of Oz.
First is Alfred J. Kwak http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alfred_J._Kwak Second, I don't know ^^'
I'm looking for two films that were shown on Christmas on CBBC (children's bbc). This would be about eight years ago.
The first is about a goose(?) that get's left behind when the rest of the geese migrate away. It survives the winter by making friends with another animal, which I think was some sort of small mammal. They hide in a boot. I don't remember anything else. It was shown on more than one Christmas.
The second was some sort of animated prequel to the wizard of oz. It was about this girl who had to go on a quest for the "rose of oz" only to discover at the end that she was the rose of oz. I vaguely remember the wizard and the lion flying away in a balloon at the very end.
Thanks!
