Sounds very much like The Miniaturist to me
It was set in the old times. A woman gets married to this rich businessman (?) and starts receiving very tiny figures of their house members made out of wood in the mail for her dollhouse. There's this nun-looking lady and that lives with them and is her husband's sister, and a servant boy. They also have a dog or a bird, I can't remember. Towards the end of it she finds her husband cheating on her with a man in some barn thing and the last episode shows her meeting the woman who's been sending her the tiny figures of her and her family member. I also remember a part where the sister of the husband was trying to take a boiling bath because she was pregnant and wasn't supposed to be. It was a very short show and I'm pretty sure I saw it on my IPTV. Oh and I also remember that all the characters were white and it was set in the time where black people were servants. Their servant was a black man and the lady sending them tiny figures was also black. Also the woman who got married to the rich guy lived in a big house in a rich area in front of a river like the one in Italy. I'm going to keep adding details as I remember them.
