Possibly green?
Poptropica? It was advertised by Funbrain, a kids’ math website, and one of the games promoted Poptropica. That game had avatars with an option to change their skin color to orange, green, whatever. Its color scheme was blue, however.
Starfall had a character creator in "Who Am I?" but it was a reading website.
I remember a math website we used in elementary school in the early 2010s. It had games on it and an option to create your own avatar. In addition to human colors, you could give it pink, green, and orange skin! I'm not sure if it's still up.
