The main characters worked for either the US CDC or the WHO, one of them was a man with light blue eyes and blond hair. At least one case required a clean room I think. I already looked on the medical drama index and I didn't see it there. They didn't stay in one place and travelled wherever the case was as far as I remember. It didn't run for long, one or maybe two seasons I think. It would have been in the 2000s, probably the mid to late years of that decade.
It was a bit like House in that the Disease of the Week was always the thing they had to figure out.
