I don't understand — how is this not a webcomic? I see a comic when I go there, and a google search turns it up on several webcomic lists.
If you are concerned about the bloggy bit, I wouldn't be. Look at Penny Arcade: it's got a oft-voluminous blog attached but we still class it as a webcomic.
As for preparing a page, I'd suggest waiting until you have a at least couple of paragraphs and three example tropes, preferably more.

, as it doesn't seem to primarily be a webcomic. Should I make the page, and if so should I put it in the Webcomic namespace?
