Probably because no one has proposed one/made one before the Trope Launch Pad became mandatory. You can propose one yourself there, if you want.
I was wondering why there is no sub-trope for sports-based fighting games like Fight Night and UFC Undisputed. There are a sub-trope for Wrestling games but I don't think the said games fit there.
