There is a long discussion about this issue in Trope Repair Shop. Such lists are actually not that interesting from this wiki's point of view — tropes used in fiction should be the priority. Link to the ongoing discussion.
I think the lists of actors involved in a franchise were recently deindexed because it bloated creator pages way too much.
But perhaps I'm mistaken and it's potentially interesting and useful for our readers.
I'm not particularly interested in a list of actors, as they offer very little in regards to tropes compared with directors, writers and artists, but I will only listen what the moderators think.
To win, you need to adapt, and to adapt, you need to be able to laugh away all the restraints. Everything holding you back.
Moderators usually abide by community consensus, just like other tropers. You're welcome to make pages for the Creators, and list what works they've done. You're also welcome to list writers and directors in the description of works they create. Pages without tropes are not part of the wiki's mission.
