A minute late.
For what it's worth, in cases where the auto-disambig would not catch any inbounds (as this one was), a submission with less than 50-ish inbounds will typically get cut. This one was 48, so it was cut.

Should I recreate it as a redirect then? Or just leave it cut?

I think it can be left cut safely.
Hello. I earlier submitted Characters.Lost Main Characters to the cut list. However, it has since been turned into a redirect to the Characters.Lost page, which I actually feel is better than cutting the page outright. Could a mod decline my original cut list request please?
