I've been told in the past that anything involving any kind of slight toward one's friends or loved ones can't qualify as a Berserk Button (though oddly many items listed concern slights toward friends). Are there then any tropes for extremely excessive responses to issues involving friends? For instance, in the light novel series Didn't I Say to Make My Abilities Average in the Next Life!?, one fairly gentle and overall weak-willed heroine is put into a test duel at the end of a school arc; when her opponent mutters how the school's standards might have dropped if they accepted weak-looking girls like her friends, the heroine immediately sent multiple high-power jabs with her staff at the woman before shrieking "Shut the hell up you flat-chested b***!" and proceeding to thoroughly wreck her for momentarily suggesting they might be weak.
