Yeah, barring issues with the content policy, the main reason something doesn't exist on the wiki is simply "no one's made it yet". If it was created and cut for some reason going to the page will usually show the cut reason.

If you're nervous about doing this while new, I'd recommend giving How to Create a Work's Page a read. It covers the basics in detail.

Ultimately what you need is to go to the correct page (Series.Kingdom since you said it's a tv series), a description in your own words (don't just take copy/paste a description from somewhere) and a minimum of three listed tropes with appropriate context.

Addendum: Since there already appears to be a page for a TV show called Kingdom, you might need to add something to it. If Kingdom is the entire title, them the most common option is to put the year it premiered at the end (for example, it looks like the series started in 2014 it would be Series.Kingdom 2014)
